In 2020 and 2021, IPEPs (International Professional Exchange Program) at the international organization were cancelled due to the pandemic. Two branches, Austria and Finland, held virtual programs in 2021, while several branches conducted face to face programs in 2022.
IPEP in Israel, which was postponed to May 2022 due to the pandemic and entry restrictions into Israel, took place with three participants: one from Spain, one from Taiwan, and one from Australia working in Thailand: Israel IPEP 2022.pdf

The IPEP for the year 2024 was postponed from spring to autumn due to lack of applications and was cancelled due to the war.

In 2024 several IPEPs were conducted, along with CIPUSA organization programs. The list of IPEPs in 2025 can be found on the international website though for almost all of them the deadline is over.
The International Face-to-Face Conference was held in Germany on June 2023. Details are available on the organization's website
The next international conference in India is planned for November 2025.
A special conference to commemorate 70 years of CIPUSA will take place in the United States in 2026
Board meetings of the organization were held virtually in August 2021, April 2022, and October 2022
The board meetings for 2023 took place face-to-face at the conference in Germany (June 2023) and face to face in November 2024 in Morocco

Zoom meetings of CIF Israel were held in 2020-21, and some of them were hybrid. In 2022, CIF Israel convened hybrid Zoom and face-to-face meetings in January, March, April, May, and October
In 2023, CIF Israel held hybrid Zoom meetings in January and February, as well as face-to-face meetings with the participants upon arrival in April and at the end of the program in May (CIF Israel IPEP 2023 photos are available in the gallery), September and December 2023 and in March and June and December 2024.
